Another strategy I recommend is to reduce macronutrient intake to about 30-40 percent per day. Most people's intake is about 60 percent per day, which is too
much. Attempt to replace bad fats with higher fats like fruta planta avocado, coconut oil, nuts, seeds, eggs and fish. Also, try to keep your sugar intake below 30 grams
each day all sources this includes fruits!
These few, simple changes often create a natural 10-20 per cent reduction in daily calorie intake.
Finally, decelerate. It'll help you more in the long run if you take a seat for your meal and learn how much you have to feel satisfied.
